| 8/17/08 I think some of my brothers
may be concerned that we might not give Levi a big enough dose of good 'ol
American sports like baseball and football (stick and ball sports). While
it is true that he would be disowned if he ever had a NASCAR poster, these
pictures show that he is not completely deprived. This coming week is birthday
week, shoud be fun. |

| 7/14/08 Levi likes berry season a
lot (see also farmpage) He would jet down to my parents blueberry bushes
as soon as he got out of the car last season |

| 6/8/08 Levi is nervous about lots
of things like his new shoes, but is not at all scared about handleing grown
up equipment like cameras, computers, sharp knives, or in this case dad's
sunglasses. |

6/3/08 Levi does not like the new chainsaw "it's loud" which
is just as well but he did want to help haul wood. He also wants to help
gardening, so we are glad he wants to help out.

5/9/08 Levi has talked a couple of times when he has gotten out of bed
of watching scary movies, he hasn't woken up often with nightmares but
we thought was an interesting way of talking about dreams. When your TV
time consists of Thomas the tank engine and ski videos lots of other things
can seem pretty scary.

teddy, just like mommy takes Esther out. |

| 3/28/08 So Levi got out on his bike
for the first time this year on Wednesday. We have had a cold march though
not much new snow. He is now tall enough to use the stock seat so it looks
more offical. |

| 3/6/08 It seems that Levi has figured
out the joy of sledding. He was up at Grandma's and she took him out on
the green circle part of their black diamond driveway/sledding hill, and
kept asking for more runs. He hasn't caught on that you are supposed to
pull your own sled back up the hill. |

| 2.10.08 Levi is not always enthused
about going outside in the winter but today he was excited to go out and
shovel with daddy. |

| 1/30/08 This video is actually from
Dec. but it was on another computer and I hadn't gotten around to getting
uploaded, so anyway here it is. Carmen said he sessioned this mound for
quite a while, but he is freaked out a little bit by the sled. I think it
is kind of like an adult gettting on 225cm downhill skis and skiing the
bunny hill, pretty scary. Levi

| 1/19/08 Current favorite pasttime?
Sliding in his stocking feet on the kitchen floor. It appears he will ride
goofy foot for those familier with board sports lingo. |

1/10/2008 So here we are at 2008, Getting geared up for Levi's brother
or sister to arrive. Good holiday times and now that we are through with
colds and bugs that came with it we are ready to tackle the new year.
Levi is starting off 2008 with a pretty good grasp of the English language
with full sentances and correct grammer sometimes. He loves to bake and
eat the final product. If it tastes sweet, is a made from grain, fruit,
or dairy he will love it, veggies or meat not so much.
Some time I am going to get some of his drawings scanned in and posted.
He draws fish, crocadiles, elephants, and sometimes like today, the number
6. He wants to go "skiboarding" but we can't get them small
enough, so he contents himself with sliding on his rear.
